About Clipboardly

Clipboardly is a free, fast and private clipboard manager for Mac.

What we build

Clipboardly is a clipboard manager made only for the Mac. It keeps a history of what you copy (text, links, images, screenshots, code and more) so you can search it and paste it again from any app with ⌘⇧V.

Its core idea is boards. Create a board for what you're working on, set it as the active board, and everything you copy is saved there until you switch. A launch, a client, a sprint or a trip each gets its own board, without filing anything by hand.

Why we built it

Every Mac user loses things they copied: a link from this morning, a command from yesterday, a color from last week. macOS Tahoe added a short clipboard history to Spotlight, but it keeps items for 7 days at most and has no way to organize them. We wanted a clipboard that remembers everything, keeps it sorted by project, and stays private.

Privacy by design

• Lock sensitive clips behind a 4-digit PIN.
• Pause saving with one click whenever you copy something private.
• Sync runs only through your own iCloud account.
• You decide how long clips are kept, and can delete anything at any time.
